Common Privacy Policy
This document outlines the privacy policy for all iOS applications provided by our company.
We respect user privacy and remain committed to safeguarding personal information through responsible handling at all times.
Collected information is used to provide application functionality and to enhance the user experience. In applications that display advertising, information is additionally used to serve ads (see "Advertising" below for details).
Information stored on a device or within a user's personal iCloud area (including backups) is accessible only to that user, and our development and operations teams do not obtain or view it.
Data stored in iCloud shared spaces is accessible only to the user and members who accepted shared group invitations; our development and operations teams likewise do not obtain or view this information.
We do not sell, lease, or improperly disclose personal information to third parties.
Users may exercise their rights at any time, including requesting deletion of their information.
Personal information such as email addresses and names collected through our support form is used exclusively to respond to inquiries and is never used for any other purpose. Submissions are relayed to our email address via Cloudflare Workers and are not stored in any database. We also use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent abusive submissions.
Advertising (Third-Party Ad Serving)
Some of our applications (such as "Waku Waku Pass & Play") display third-party advertising through Google AdMob so that they can be offered free of charge.
Third-party vendors, including Google, may use technologies equivalent to cookies and device identifiers to serve ads, cap the number of impressions, prevent invalid clicks, and measure ad performance. The information obtained from your device may include an advertising device identifier, ad interaction data such as impressions and taps, device type, OS version, language settings, and a coarse location (country or region) derived from your IP address.
Our applications do not present the App Tracking Transparency prompt and do not track individuals using the advertising identifier (IDFA). Ads are requested as non-personalized ads only, and are selected using contextual signals such as the content of the app being used and a coarse location. Ad content is also restricted to a general audience rating (equivalent to "G").
Our applications do not show an advertising consent prompt in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland either. In those regions, Google serves only "limited ads", which do not use cookies, local storage, or device identifiers.
To comply with U.S. state privacy laws (such as the California CPRA), we always apply Restricted Data Processing to ad requests from our applications. We do not "sell" or "share" personal information.
You can also limit ad personalization on your device. On iOS, go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising and Tracking. Opt-out options provided by Google and by industry associations are available through the links below.
If you purchase the ad-free in-app purchase (Pro), no advertising-related communication takes place at all, including initialization of the ad SDK.
Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
Some of our applications are designed for children aged 4 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Where data collection from children under 13 is required, we obtain verifiable parental consent beforehand. If a parent or guardian believes their child's personal information may have been collected, please contact us through our support form in the Contact section below and we will promptly delete such information.
Agreement to This Policy
By downloading, installing, and using our applications, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please refrain from using our applications.

SmaVoi: AI Voice Recorder
Audio recordings, transcriptions, AI summaries, and session information are stored on your device. Transcription and AI summarization are processed on your device.
When Premium is active and your device is signed in to an available iCloud account, saving or updating content automatically syncs audio recordings, transcriptions, AI summaries, and session information to Apple iCloud using a private CloudKit database. This storage belongs to your personal iCloud account.
The contents of recordings, transcriptions, and summaries are not sent to developer-operated servers. The developer does not obtain or view the contents of your private iCloud storage.
URL & QR Reader
Reading URLs and QR codes from images and checking URL formats take place on your device. These checks alone do not contact the linked websites.
After you agree to the confirmation shown before expanding a shortened URL, the app contacts the shortening service to obtain only the first redirect destination URL. It does not connect to that destination. This request may disclose the requested URL, your IP address, and HTTP request headers to the shortening service.
If you choose to open a URL in Safari, Safari contacts the linked website. The website may receive the requested URL, your IP address, and HTTP request headers.
HTTPS and URL format checks examine the connection scheme and features of the URL text. They do not guarantee that a destination is safe or free of phishing, malware, or other threats.

Copry! Clipboard History
Saved text, links, categories, and other history are stored on your device. Copry does not upload your saved history to developer-operated servers.
Fetching link previews automatically or manually contacts the linked websites, redirect destinations, and servers that provide preview content such as images. These recipients may receive the requested URL (including query parameters), your IP address, and HTTP request headers.
You can disable automatic previews in the app settings. However, some versions may fetch a previously loaded preview again when it is displayed, even if automatic previews are off. Automatic fetching skips links identified as potentially containing tokens or credentials, and high-risk domains, but cannot detect every sensitive link.

Waku Waku Vehicle Toys
This app has not been released. Game progress (boards, vehicle placement, and unlocks) and settings (such as sound, vibration, and display quality) are stored on your device. The developer does not collect this progress or these settings.
The app has no user accounts of its own and does not use advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or iCloud synchronization.
The app uses Apple StoreKit 2 and communicates with Apple to retrieve product information, make purchases, restore purchases, and verify entitlements. Apple processes purchases.
Answers to the parental check are handled only in memory during the check and are neither saved nor transmitted.
When a user chooses a link to the privacy policy or Apple terms in the parent panel, the device connects to the corresponding website. The website may receive the requested URL, IP address, and HTTP request headers.
