Privacy Policy

This document outlines the privacy policy for all iOS applications provided by our company.

We respect user privacy and remain committed to safeguarding personal information through responsible handling at all times.

Collected information is used to provide application functionality and to enhance the user experience. In applications that display advertising, information is additionally used to serve ads (see "Advertising" below for details).

Information stored on a device or within a user's personal iCloud area (including backups) is accessible only to that user, and our development and operations teams do not obtain or view it.

Data stored in iCloud shared spaces is accessible only to the user and members who accepted shared group invitations; our development and operations teams likewise do not obtain or view this information.

We do not sell, lease, or improperly disclose personal information to third parties.

Users may exercise their rights at any time, including requesting deletion of their information.

Personal information such as email addresses and names collected through our support form (Google Forms) is used exclusively to respond to inquiries and is never used for any other purpose.

Some of our applications (such as "Waku Waku Pass & Play") display third-party advertising through Google AdMob so that they can be offered free of charge.

Third-party vendors, including Google, may use technologies equivalent to cookies and device identifiers to serve ads, cap the number of impressions, prevent invalid clicks, and measure ad performance. The information obtained from your device may include an advertising device identifier, ad interaction data such as impressions and taps, device type, OS version, language settings, and a coarse location (country or region) derived from your IP address.

Our applications do not present the App Tracking Transparency prompt and do not track individuals using the advertising identifier (IDFA). Ads are requested as non-personalized ads only, and are selected using contextual signals such as the content of the app being used and a coarse location. Ad content is also restricted to a general audience rating (equivalent to "G").

If you use our applications from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we ask for your advertising consent through Google's User Messaging Platform. In those regions you can change or withdraw your consent at any time from "Privacy settings" in the app's Settings screen.

To comply with U.S. state privacy laws (such as the California CPRA), we always apply Restricted Data Processing to ad requests from our applications. We do not "sell" or "share" personal information.

You can also limit ad personalization on your device. On iOS, go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising and Tracking. Opt-out options provided by Google and by industry associations are available through the links below.

If you purchase the ad-free in-app purchase (Pro), no advertising-related communication takes place at all, including initialization of the ad SDK.
